Bookings:
Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit of 50 % (min one night's tariff) is received, within 5 days.
Balance of fees are to be paid on arrival.
Check In 12 noon to 6pm Check Out by 10 am on day of departure
Minimum number of nights stay may apply.
Late arrivals incur a $20 fee.
Cancellations:
Should a site or accommodation booking be cancelled prior to, or during, the period of the reservation, then we will endeavor to re-let the site/accommodation. If we are able to do so then any sum paid will be refunded less an administration fee of $25.
If the site / accommodation is unable to be re-let then all, or part of, any sum paid will be forfeited.
